Yoga Nidra with Elizabeth
​
Yoga Nidra is also known as yogic sleep. Class will begin with a gentle asana sequence to release excess
energy in preparation for the guided meditation. Unlike other forms of meditation, Yoga Nidra invites you to
“let go.” Yogis are invited to wear comfortable clothing, bring pillows, favorite blankets or other items that will enhance their relaxation. Afterwards, light refreshments are provided to support regrounding so yogis leave feeling reconnected, restful, and rejuvenated.
