Owner & Yoga Teacher

Jamie Kuttner is grateful and proud to be the owner and operator of YogaSoul Wellness LLC.  She  has been practicing  and teaching yoga for the past 20 years  and is a  Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She received  200 RYT  Yoga teacher training from YogaLife Institute in Devon PA in 2004. Jamie is also a certified K-6 education teacher and still currently works as a math instructor in the school system. Jamie was introduced to yoga through a movement and dance class in college in 2000, where it sparked her interest to learn more about it. This interest led her to seek out the practice of Yoga.  Her certification led her to combine her passion of education with the benefits of Yoga as a practice of  self awareness, stress relief, and improving movement and breath. She has also implemented programs for children's Yoga in middle school electives,  provided yoga to children/adult  swimming programs, dance programs, and self awareness projects with students. Jamie has taught Yoga to adults in the fitness world, adults with special needs and/or disabilities, and those in assisted living facilities.  She has also worked extensively with non-verbal special needs adults and children to promote movement and breath awareness. Jamie's goal in her Yoga journey has been to provide clients with the tools to reach their fullest potential.  She hopes to reach people through teachings of Yoga and to enrich the lives of others through the movements and poses of Yoga. She believes that the practice of Yoga does not end  at the mat, but creates an easy transition for a dynamic sequence of self awareness, breath, movement, and personal and spiritual growth.

Yoga Teacher

Elizabeth is a forensic psychologist who turned to yoga while recovering from a back injury. Through daily practice Elizabeth discovered the joy, challenge, freedom, and philosophy inherent in yoga practice. Six years later, she became a RYT 200 certified instructor through ACAC in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Elizabeth primary focuses on vinyasa, the practice of linking breathe to movement, shifting ourselves out of our heads and into our bodies. She creates intelligently sequenced, creative, stimulating classes each week. In late 2021, she earned a certification in Yoga Nidra as well. Elizabeth is passionate about sharing the strength, peace, and inspiration for personal transformation intrinsic in the practice. Yoga empowers us to live consciously, with grace and awareness.

Pasquale Cairo
Yoga at the Rodin (2)_edited.jpg

Yoga Teacher

Pasquale has been humbly fortunate to have studied under the guidance of Senior Vinyasa Instructors for 20 years.  His Traditional Vinyasa Flow Yoga class is described as a Vinyasa 101, or a refreshing “meditation in motion.”  Each class consists of a combination of mindful Pranayama (i.e., a breathing technique) and thoughtfully curated Asanas (i.e., the yoga postures), truly putting into action the art of Vinyasa yoga (i.e., the art of coordinating movement & breath). Students receive a true understanding and personal experience of the therapeutic and anxiety relieving benefits of deep breathing and breath control rhythms. Pasquale is also trained in and teaches Tai Chi, Chair Yoga & Pranayama to seniors and the disabled,

a true passion.

Yoga Teacher

Andrea Wytish is a 200 RYT who fell in love with movement at the age of 2 and a1/2 when she began her journey as a dancer.  Along the way, she added competitive cheerleading and also earned a minor in Dance Movement and Theory from Temple University.  Andrea spent some time teaching danced based group fitness in NYC early on, but it wasn’t until she found yoga years later that it all started to come together. Her personal practice extends into her teaching through fluid, grounded, and challenging movements.  (She also loves an arm balance!) Andrea focuses each class on the yogis in the room and provides encouraging and thoughtful cues throughout each movement.  She's also extremely passionate about mind, body, and soul wellness and holds certifications in Reiki ( Level 1) and Plant Based Nutrition.
