MONDAY

5:30 - 6:30 PM

Warm Power Flow with Elizabeth

Vinyasa style yoga class linking breathe to movement. Each month, the vinyasa prepares the body for a specific peak pose.

Flows become increasingly creative and challenging as the month progresses to improve strength. Unique transitions will be incorporated to change the way Yogis move in and out of asanas (shapes) to foster resilience in the body and mind.

Class heated to temperature between 85-95.

TUESDAY

4:30 - 5:30 PM

Hot Power Flow with Anne

Vinyasa style yoga class linking breathe to movement. Flows are creative and challenging designed to increase heat in

the body and improve strength. Unique transitions will be incorporated to change the way Yogis move in and

out of asanas (shapes) to foster resilience in the body and mind. Class heated to temperature between 95-100.

6:00 - 7:30 PM

Hatha Yoga with Elizabeth

Poses are held for several breathes to allow relaxation into the shape. Props are used to aid in modifying a posture and

finding alignment. Class includes breathe work, meditation, and introduction on how to utilize the bundas. Good for

those looking for a more meditative practice, wanting to focus on alignment, or feel more confident transitioning

between poses in a Vinyasa class. Non-heated class.

WEDNESDAY

4:30 - 5:30 PM

 Mat Pilates

Pilates Mat is a great way to strengthen your core muscles, as well as aligning the whole body using fun exercises that challenge and balance you.

 

6:00 - 7:30 PM
